These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the chauffeur and transportation services provided by M•A LUXZ (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our services, you (“the client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
Bookings & Reservation
All bookings must be made through our official booking channels. Clients are responsible for providing accurate pick-up details, drop-off addresses, passenger numbers, and special requirements. Bookings are confirmed only once payment or deposit has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. M•A LUXZ reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in cases of misuse, safety concerns, or incomplete information.
Pricing & Payment
Service rates are determined by distance, duration, vehicle type, and service category. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, parking fees, excessive cleaning, damages, or last-minute route changes. Full payment is required upon booking unless an alternative arrangement has been approved. M•A LUXZ is not responsible for currency fluctuations or third-party payment processing fees.
Waiting Time
A standard grace period will be provided for all pick-ups. After the grace period expires, additional waiting time fees will apply. For airport pick-ups, we monitor flight arrivals to provide reasonable flexibility; however, extended delays may incur additional charges depending on waiting time and schedule impact.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must comply with the guidelines outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. A no-show occurs when a client fails to appear at the designated pick-up location without prior notice. No-shows will be charged the full service amount, including any additional fees.
Client Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully and safely at all times. Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and disruptive or abusive behaviour are strictly prohibited. Chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate the service immediately if a passenger’s conduct compromises safety or comfort. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
T&Cs Continued
Vehicle Damage & Cleaning
Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle, including spills, stains, breakages, or any condition requiring professional cleaning. Charges will be based on repair or cleaning costs and any loss of service resulting from vehicle downtime.
Service Interruptions & Limitations
M•A LUXZ is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, accidents, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely service but cannot guarantee exact arrival or travel times.
Liability
M•A LUXZ is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings. Our maximum liability for any service-related claim is limited to the total amount paid for that specific booking. We are not liable for missed flights, appointments, or events caused by delays outside our control.
Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
